The mayor Mr. Shi Genzhi met with Mr. Zhang Pei, Director of ALBA China, who had signed an agreement on the treatment and recycling of cooking waste and household waste with Xuchang People’s government at the signing ceremony of the 13th Cultural Week of Three Kingdoms on April 10.
